Hotel Policies |
- Minimum check-in age is 19
- Check-In time is anytime after 3PM (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
- Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
- Our property considers guests aged 17 and under at
the time of travel to be children. Children under 17
will stay free in the same room as a paying adult
when using existing bedding. You must advise Front
Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults &
children that will be staying in the room

Payment Policies Deposit Information |
- A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
- You may pay by credit card, cash, or travelers cheques upon departure
- • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
The Hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival.
If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card,
the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policies |
- Cancellation policy is 24 hours before arrival date
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records

Currency Conversions |
- All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian Dollars
- As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis,
the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange
- Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk

Extra guests |
- All room rates are based on single or double occupancy
- An additional charge of $5 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy that is aged 18 or older.

Rollaway Beds |
- There is an additional cost of $20 per night for each rollaway bed when available

- Parking is available free of charge.
